Your driver will pick you up from your Las Vegas hotel and drive you to Hoover Dam, located approximately 45-minutes from Las Vegas. You will have the vehicle and driver for 3.5 hours, so you can explore the dam at your leisure (admission to Hoover Dam not included).

Due to COVID circumstances, please check the official website to know which attractions are open or closed.

Car Seat Policy: Car seats are available with an extra cost for rent from Las Vegas Baby Equipment Rentals. Arrangements can be made with Las Vegas Baby Equipment Rentals to have a car seat available for the vehicle assigned. Passengers are allowed to provide their own car seats. Parent or guardian is responsible for installing car seats to vehicles and buckling child safely into car seat.

I was looking for a tour of the Hoover Dam with my wife and another couple who is also a customer. I was looking at the websites for a full-service tours. On the website it shows an SUV, Power Plant Tour Tickets and Exhibit Museum Tickets. The day I wanted (Sat, Jan. 27) was sold out so I called Viator directly and told them what I was looking for. They spent a considerable time on the phone with me, said they could make it happen and would pick me up at my hotel. Everything was great including the driver Lanette....until we got to the venue. They were no tickets for any of the events included. I agreed to the significant increase to what was offered on the website because it was a Saturday and you made arrangements within a week of the request to help us out. We basically paid $400 each way for a ride to Hoover Dam. I looked while we were there and a ride home in an SUV would have been $150.00. Also, I was very embarrassed when we arrived at the ticket desk, showed the bar code and they said that it wasn't for Hoover Dam. I'm considering putting a stop payment on it or disputing, but am willing to hear your side. Please don't tell me it say's it's in what was sent to me. I think it's fair to assume that I wouldn't have agreed to $200 per person for a ride to Hoover Dam when other tours charge under $100 for the same thing, include tickets and in some cases lunch. When you book, you can check what's included: SUV Cadillac Escalade or Chevrolet Suburban, Bottled water, 3.5 hrs disposal service, Hotel/port pickup and drop-off, Gratuities. We hired the Cadillac for my wife and myself. Beautiful spacious vehicle. Our driver was Wendy and we left it to her to take us on an amazing experience. This was a holiday highlight for us.
