Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, or sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

We have a big facility with picnic tables and a food truck, plenty of parking. We are located by the Pigeon river and there is a campground right next to us.

The River Outpost is where all customers check in to go down the river. Everyone needs to show up 45 minutes before there schedule time in order to check in.

My wife and I brought our 2 boys 4&7 on the lower Pigeon River. We have never rafted prior to this and were a little hesitant of how the boys would like it. Our guide Stanley was great with us and the boys and made for a great experience for us. Our boys had a blast and so did we. Would definitely recommend this place and our guide Stanley for a great experience! Can't wait to come back and do it again!

White Water Rafting with Josh, as our guide, was my kids favorite thing to do.. We went on the lower Pigeon river because we had our 5 year old but, Josh made the older kids have an amazing time... Thank you, Josh for giving our family an amazing memory of white water rafting and for keeping our family safe... The Lott's will be back... Thank you, Dennis, Becky, Gaven, Mary-Grace and Miley

I can't put into words how much fun my entire family of 13 had with SMO. There were 2 in our party that was over 65 and fearful of water and did great and had a WONDERFUL time with Kieth on the Lower Pigeon. They were well taken care of. My guide, Chance, was extremely kind, and careful with my 8 year old when she went swimming in the river. We actually got a brief nature lesson and saw some soft shell turtles and a snapping turtle after surfing the rapids. Thank you SMO!!! We will be looking for white water rafting in our home area.
