Our guide will monitor the weather and aurora activity while you relax. Enjoy hot chocolate and snacks provided in the RV as we chase the northern lights. •Including pick-up and drop-off time, you will have 4 hours of a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

These tours offer a comfortable journey if you are on a hunt to see the northern lights. Their RVs are well equipped with snacks and coffee and are heated. This way you can keep going back and forth in the vehicle while you wait for the lights to appear. However, if you are looking for an AURORA CHASING TOUR where you are taken to different locations if the aurora doesn't show up at your location, this is not the tour for you. The guides stop at one place the entire duration of the tour and keep clicking pictures to see if the aurora is visible. Once it is visible they ask you to get out of the car so that they can click some good pictures. The guides had the same app that we were looking at to predict the aurora forecast. No knowledge of the aurora formation or the factors that affect aurora's was given. Overall, if you are looking for a comfortable experience then I recommend this tour. But if your purpose is to chase the northern lights and follow them till you see it, you have to be very lucky to see them at the only location the tour takes you. P.S. : We were lucky to see the lights. Although faint than what we saw a day prior, we still managed to click some good pictures. Our guide was sweet and kind.

On most cloudy nights, if we’re fortunate enough to find a mostly clear sky, we typically stay in that spot. Our guide Micheal helped with everything. He double checked my phone camera settings and tripod. He helped me learn future possible settings in case we didn’t see aurora that night. He prepped snacks. We were always comfortable in the RV. We did end up seeing her beautiful green colors that night. No guarantees to see the lights but you’ll be comfy and maybe learn how to set your iPhone for the next night.
