The perfect day on the water with John. He was fantastic! Friendly, funny, informative. He gave us clear, thorough instructions and got us on the water. He told us interesting facts and stories along the way, as he spotted green turtles for us. The snorkeling time was great! Plenty of turtles swimming around and relaxing on the ocean floor, as well as numerous fish and coral reefs to see. He also gave recommendations for restaurants and other suggestions.

John was amazing! I was initially worried because others got into the water before us as he took time to give some tips but once we got on the water all the expertise really showed and he made sure we saw each and every turtle we could, showed us sea urchins and got us in and out of the water/on and off our kayaks with minimizes struggle. Very nice guy, knowledgeable and totally worthwhile experience. The only think that could be better is if we got more information with the booking of how to find him initially as several groups departed from here and we had to walk up to each to ask “are you with Maui Kayak?”

The kayaking and snorkeling was alot of fun and a unique experience. Our guide, John, was exceptional and made the experience more enjoyable with his knowledge of the area. The opportunity to swim with sea turtles was great and John took some fabulous pictures and videos. I would highly recommend booking this tour.
