I would have rated this a 5 but for the very poor service of confirming my booking over the phone. I had my patience stretched with a very poor operator. The pick up never arrived the next morning, due at 06:20 as was confirmed by the operator eventually the day before. Contacted the office and the guy immediately apologised although not his fault, was the incompetent female operator's fault. Private car pick up was arranged and arrived in 20mins and took us straight to the airport, so thankfully all ended well.
