Van inside was very dirty and driver's service is almost nothing.

Despite the booking stating that we could use an e voucher, driver would not allow us to travel stating that we required a printed version.
We had to go by taxi to avoid missing our flight.
Out of pocke by 115 dollars as a result.
I confirmed booking 24 hrs in advance and was given a ref number for the pick up driver, also stated that I would present an e voucher as I had no means of printing this.
Really very poor communication and service.
Booked on outward leg and all went ok.

My flight was scheduled to 11:10am. Despite that we were asked to be ready at the hotel before 5:00am. Despite that, it worths the savings. Good service.
