I didn't print out the voucher, since I didn't have a printer when I booked the return transfer in New York. Thought a screenshot and a reference number would do, but no. PRINT OUT THE VOUCHER! Driver got really rude, I had to pay again or he would kick me out, so I ended up paying again it was my fault I didn't print out the voucher. He would charge me 25,-, gave me a written receipt with 25,- on it, but when I checked my credit card account he had charged me 45,73! Been in touch with Go Airlink but they just keep copying and pasting the same answer. Their customer service is terrible, they charged me too much and just don't care. Considering I had already bought this voucher through Viator, this ended up being a very expensive transfer for me. I should have just taken an Uber and not have dealt with these unfriendly people of Go Airlink!
Quick pickup at the airport but 2 hour ride due to traffic and numerous drop offs. We were the last ones on the shuttle. The driver asks us if we had eaten, pulls over and parks, runs into a pizza shop and brings back slices for all of us!
The driver was on time and very helpful. He was polite and helped with our bags and helped us into and out of the van.
The man we had from the airport (not the same one) was not helpful in any way and didn't even help a lady out of the van as she almost fell.
