We had a good experience using GO Airlink. Firstly, for the pickup at the airport, they were there on time and greeted my family at arrivals. Then with the transfer to the airport, they weren't able to arrange the group shuttle for us (probably because it was really busy at that time), but they did provide a private transfer with the original rate. I felt that was courteous and professional. Cheers Go Airlink!

We were late back to the hotel due to the traffic but he went around the block and came back again which we really appreciated. We even got a bit of a guided tour en route to the airport. He was a very nice man and I would highly recommend this service.

Pickup when I arrived was almost an hour late so wished I could note my arrival time when I made reservations online instead of making a call. Departing was on time but it was so early that I waited at the gate over 3 hours. It would even be more if shared riders were on time.
