Terrible. Due to opening day of United Nations, all roads blocked off and your shuttle could not get through. After being re-assured for an hour by your despatcher that your shuttle would get through, I had to drag my two suitcases along the sidewalks until I could find a street where traffic was moving and then find an empty cab. I did not know about the UN thing, but I think your despatch office should have been aware of such an annual event and should have warned me to be ready earlier or leave NYC the night before, or something. Because of this delay, I missed connections all day and had to pay 3000 on the spot to re-book tickets back to Australia. Still negotiating the insurance system over this one.
And I wish Viator would stop sending me emails about your great deals. I never asked for these and will not use you again anyway.
Driver was 45 mins late - had to make 2 call to find my ride. When he finally arrived - didn't apologise or give explaination. Extremely dangerous driver - constantly texted and ate during the whole ride - not once did he interact in short conversation with any passangers. I tip generously for good service - this driver broke the law by texting and driving and then had the audacity to ask for his tip!! - Yeah he got one alright - a safety tip!! I would never chose Go Airlink again - horrendous experience. My safety is worth more than a cheap shuttle ride - Ubber or private driver who will give his full 100 attention to safety .
was told I would be picked up at 10:30am and to wait outside 15 mins prior. I was not picked up until 11:15am after 2 phone calls to find out where driver was and what was the issue.
Driver was constantly texting and eating during the ride - taking his eyes of the road, bending his head down to check emails or whatever - extremely dangerous and careless. Then he had the gall to ask for his tip!!! He got a tip alright -a safety tip. I would never, ever use GO Airlink ever again.
