The staff need a real reminder of courtesy towards customers. The lady in charge the morning of our flight was rude and not up to standards of customer care. Our flight was booked at 10, but at 10:30 nothing had happened, we were just left waiting. When asking what was going on, her response was far from appropriate, as we were just told that there was a delay with the helicopter due to restrictions in departing from another heliport. This information should have been given to us without us having to ask. In addition, she did not seem to comprehend that customers of a helicopter firm could have an interest in why there was a delay, i.e. was it due to tecnhical or safety issues, or other. We understand that sometimes things happen that may be delay things, but there is no excuse for not doing one's utmost to make sure customers our comfortable with the situation, and not making customers feel that they are unwanted. Once up in the air, the experience was very nice, and the pilot did a good job. However, the overall experience was affected by one person in the ground staff, and it will imply that if asked by friends, we will not recommend this helicopter company, as there definitely seemed to be alternative operators.
