Can't rate this as provider did not turn up, claiming it wasn't booked. I confirmed with viator the week before and was assured it was fine. Confirmation was received and payment taken. This was my 50th birthday tour so VERY DISAPPOINTED! The only option offered was a bike tour...not quite a private tour in air-conditioned comfort. We declined The only redeeming feature of this was a speedy refund.

Hello Mrs Mandy, We are sorry if there has been a misunderstanding with Viator about the confirmation of this tour. It seems we didn't get the information. Also we don't offer bike tours.... Christophe was prompt with easy pickup from the port of Marseille. We had such a great time! He was very knowledgeable, helpful with pictures, and very accommodating!

We got picked up at our hotel in Aix en Provence by Emily. She speaks very nice English and shew us everything in Marseille. I recommend this tour !
