During your tour, our professional guides will lead you through the working pineapple farm and packing facility while sampling Maui's sweetest fruit!

Suitable for all physical fitness levels
Guests need to be able to climb the 3 steps on and off of the mini coach, stand for 20 minutes at a time.
3 year minimum age for all children. No refunds will be given to parties that arrive with children under 3.

We read so many positive reviews so about this tour and we were looking forward to the tour all week and arranged our schedule weeks in advance for each day of our vacation. The tour was nearly an hour from our hotel. So we set out with high hopes and ready for fun. About half way there we got a text (thank god we noticed the text) from the tour saying that the tour had been cancelled because "during the week" they had storm damage. During the week? They waited until just before the tour started to tell us? There went our plans for the day. We completely understand that bad weather is out of their control but the true test of a company is how they handle adversity and challenges, and boy did this company fail at providing good cusotmer service. Shame on you.

Aloha Steve, we apologize we weren't able to run our tours the day you were scheduled! We had been experiencing some very bad weather and hoped that it had given us enough of a break the day prior for the farm roads to dry out so we could operate, but unfortunately that was not the case. We did reach out as soon as our office opened, 1 hour prior to the tour start time, and looks like it was only 3 minutes before we received a response from you and could work on getting your group re-booked for the next day or canceled for a full refund. The refund was initiated immediately after you requested it. We do apologize for the weather and the short notice, and do wish we could have operated that tour for you. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us directly.

Amazing tour and experience. We learned a lot about the history of pineapples as well as growing pineapples. Jason was a great guide
