Hope you already received my lengthy review, but if not, here’s a summary:
Visitors to Miami need more past & recent history besides who owns/lives in highrises/mansions.
Tour guides were energetic, but the script of the cruise simply repeated the bus tour, only from the bayside.
The bus audio was difficult to hear given traffic noises and the English/Spanish back & forth. Perhaps the English version could be taped by a slow-speaking gringo to increase understanding.
Also, gringos are addicted to being on time, so please post & meet the departure/return times.
Tour routes & times of day/night should be reviewed & synchronized to accommodate optimum photos. Shooting into the sun equals poor pictures. Often, the only thing you can see through the camera lens is your own reflection.
Also, would be nice to have a printout for tourists of shops/restaurants at starting point of each tour, as well as along the route, with a price rating (low, moderate, high, extremely high).
Would be great to sell inexpensive, cold, bottled water and hats/caps with a sun-shade brim and under-the-chin ties so hats don’t blow away. The office staff was very helpful/attentive/patient, I suspect they would be good at additional tourist interaction. Maybe they should start their own OTC water/hat/sun umbrella business.
