We bought tickets back in September to visit in early January. The tickets and trip were a Birthday gift for my wife. Also reserved hotel room and paid in full for it. YESTERDAY (12/11) we received an abrupt email stating they were closing the exhibit on 1/3 due to (upcoming winter season). Duh! Winter comes EVERY year! Offered to change dates. The problem is, there are only 18 days left. Ten of those days, you are already closed. That leaves 8 possible days. At exactly 2 weeks before Christmas Day, there was only 2 possible days that we were not committed. PLUS we have already paid a $100+ hotel reservation that is non-refundable.
I requested a time for 12/26. I also asked for a phone number that I could speak personally to someone to coordinate time and date. I got NO REPLY from my emails. This morning, I got an email that I would be receiving a refund for my tickets.
This is the absolute worst communication from you that could be imagined!!!
Additionally, your website states the exhibit still will be open through this coming March. Then on the “buy tickets” page, it states you are closing Jan 4. So, exactly which date is correct??????
You also state in the email that you will “reopen in Spring 2025.” I asked in my reply that you tell me what Spring dates would you reopen. Again, NO REPLY!
I would not honor your business at this point for ANY reason because of the absolutely ridiculous way this has been handled. Makes me think you are a very shady operation!!!!

Thank you for your review and feedback. At this time, our reopening date in the Spring is still being decided, but it will likely be in early March.
We tried to reply to your email, but it seems like maybe its not going through. If you're willing to give us another chance, we'd love to provide you and your wife complimentary admission to the exhibit anytime before our closure in January. This admission will include a complimentary souvenir guide as well. Please let me know if you're still able to come on December 26th as stated in your email, and I will make arrangements.
