We had a fantastic time! We were a group of six. The two of us, our children and my folks. It was my folks first rafting trip. Our two children (10 and 6) had a blast. Logan was an excellent guide! My mom was happy to check "white water rafting" off her bucket list. We all got good and wet, but felt safe the entire time. Thanks again to Logan!

We did Milk Run 7/16 with river guide Michael who was awesome! We originally booked a run with higher class of rapids thinking Milk Run would be a little boring for us and our 6 and 8 year old kids. After seeing the flow rate on other area rivers, we decided the night before to downgrade our trip and customer service was amazing and accommodated us with no issue. Sorry that I don't recall the other team members names, but all of the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to love the company they work for - which says a lot. The team did a thorough job of making sure everyone's safety equipment was on properly. The trip to the river was less than 5 mins. They briefed us on river safety and rowing technique - my technique needed lots of correcting through the trip and Mike was very patient! On the date we rafted, the river was perfect for us. Plenty of splashes and rolling rapids. Fun for all of us and super exciting for the kiddos, without ever feeling nervous or scared. Trip back to the meeting point was maybe 20 mins. Overall a wonderful experience with a great company and great guide.

Thank you for the great review. We are glad you changed to a more comfortable trip for your family; we are happy to accommodate changes to ensure a group is comfortable on the river. And yes, we do all love the company we work for!
