We missed the trip due to poor communication. We were not offered a refund and lost the trip due to road closures. The day before we were hiking the canyon, multiple trails, the multiple falls, the bay, snorkeling, ect. and we did not see the email that was sent advising of the traffic. It would have been nice to receive a call or a direct text message letting us know of said traffic. While we understand that's not the tour guides fault, it sucks that on our honeymoon we missed what would have been a great excursion. A text message would be nice since emails you don't get notified when offline. Uber didn't help either. We looked at uber and it said we would arrive on time, how ever that was not the case. So we lost a considerable amount of money. I spoke to a woman on the phone and they did not offer to help only said no refunds, no manager on duty either. If possible we would like a call to see if there is something you can do.
