Come join the “original” cable car wine tasting tour through beautiful Napa Valley. Hop aboard one of our hand-built replicas of a San Francisco Cable Car! Every detail, from the all-wooden carriage to the solid brass bell, is an authentic feature right off the original blueprints. This Napa Valley wine trolley tour will be an experience you will never forget. Enjoy endless unobstructed views of vineyard-dotted hills on this special wine-tasting adventure. Visit three or four wineries or tasting lounges and learn all about Napa’s history and wine from your friendly and knowledgeable guide. Lunch is included and will be enjoyed at a local restaurant. Winery stops and lunch stop can change periodically.

This tour picks up at the Oxbow Market 610 1st St, Napa, CA 94559. Meet on the street in front.

Michael our guide was great! Took us to great wineries and lunch was extra special. Trolley was a bit bumpy .

The "trolley" is actually a copy of a San Francisco cable car mounted on the chassis of a small school bus according to guide and driver Michael. Michael was very informative during the tour which started at the Oxbow Public Market in Napa at 10 AM stopping at four wineries on the way. The third winery was in Rutherford, the farthest out. On the way back we visited the fourth winery, located in Napa. Tastings are pretty expensive compared to a few years ago. One winery gave samples so small, that four sips would empty the glass. Others were more generous. The day turned out to be very nice with temperatures in the mid eighties, so we were lucky. Temperatures may reach over 100 degrees F. in the summer. Some tastings are outdoors, some are inside the building. We were back at the Oxbow Public Market just before 5 PM. We thought this tour was a good value, specially compared to the wine train. I would definitely recommend it.
