This Nashville walking tour is a fun-filled experience uncovering the empowering stories behind the key women and men of the civil rights movement. You will hear stories about history’s fiercest women and most courageous men.

We'll visit the Davidson County Courthouse and stand on the front steps where civil rights leader, Diane Nash, confronted the mayor demanding change. Then, discover how women played a central role in the planning, strategies, tactics, and actions of the movement — including the civil rights marches. Enter the Witness Walls, a secret art attraction with hidden images that has a math and science component.

As a chef, I’ve always wanted to go to Nashville. A friend told me about United Street Tours and that they host great tours in Nashville as well. So I booked this experience to try to hit two birds with one stone and it was one of the best decisions I made. I learned so much about Nashville’s history while eating delicious delicacies. I also learned about the city’s traditional cuisine. The guide and my fellow foodies were friendly, too. My stomach and my heart were full after the meet and eat. I enjoyed the 1-Hour Local Food and History Experience. I tasted their delicacies and know more of its history as well. I got to meet local diners and the best experience I ever had. I would always come back here with my children and would recommend it to my friends.

What an awesome experience going to NASHVILLE. Tried the 1-Hour Local Food and History Experience package and got to experience tasting some of the most delicious delicacies offered with the package while eating with my tour guide and other local diners. I love the food, the local diners were one of the most friendliest people I've ever met. The package is so affordable! One of the most memorable experience. I wouldn't think twice going back again.
