My most memorable part was after being notified the morning of our show that we were confirmed for the show, we made our plans for the day. Then when we arrived at the venue for the show, we were told that the show had been canceled for the entire week. While the venue itself were able to provide us with a lesser quality show than we had paid for, at least they tried to help. As for Viator, they not only never communicated the show cancellation, but when we reached out, they said that in their investigation of the incident, they felt they provided adequate communication about the situation. Obviously they had not. Please use caution when using Viator as service since they will not communicate if a show is canceled. I will not be using them again.
