Join And You Creations on our Nature and You tour of Manoa Valley! Our experienced guides will lead you through the Oahu Rainforest to a breathtaking waterfall. The location has been featured in movies and television shows such as Jurassic Park and Lost. There are many hidden secrets and treasures to behold along the way, such as a bamboo forest and plants, flowers and birds found nowhere else on earth. Enjoy the lush scenery of Hawaii while learning interesting Hawaiian cultural facts and history. Our tour includes pick up and drop off from Waikiki and a delicious and healthy that you will enjoy at the tantalus lookout. The 1.6-mile trail is suitable for all experience levels.

Wear compression socks and boots definitely recommend using hiking sticks and bring water and snacks

Advertised as English but it's actually a bilingual tour being primarily in Japanese. A steep hike with beautiful views nonetheless. Recommend hiking shoes and bringing water! Walking sticks provided still a 7/10 difficulty all uphill the way to the Waterfall. Rocky and muddy

This was an amazing experience! Our guide, Jackson, was super friendly and informative upon pickup. He led us at a very comfortable and easy pace, and even trailed behind to accompany our group's slower hikers. He also stopped at a few key places to take photos with us, which was much appreciated in my role as a solo traveler. The lunch was amazing and Jackson took us to a spectacular viewpoint where we could see almost the whole island. In a nutshell, I would highly recommend that anyone looking into this trip, go for it!
