This tour in the morning was extremely hot and about 30 minutes in lost the interest of all the teens. I think the high points for them was the Plessy grave, the grave belonging to the family of the guide, Nicholas Cage, the eclectic hand painted grave, and the voodoo lady. The voodoo grave was the next to last one and by then the kids were whiny and losing interest. They didn’t understand or care about half of what the guide said. We were the only family on the tour which was awesome bring LOTS of water and parasols. It would be great if the company made a condensed version for teens and maybe the guide could bring a notebook with pictures of the people in the grave. I think you lose the teens when there’s not too much visual to associate it with. The guide was knowledgeable and able to answer all questions thoroughly.
