This was the fifth tour in the third different city in the south. This tour (I'm embarassed I can't remember the guide's name) was excellent. The guide was fast paced and had a wicked sense of humor and did a great job telling stories and answering questions on the fly. It seems like all of the standard NOLA walking ghost tours have the same tour design, but this one was the cheapest! (All of the tour groups leap-frogged each other along the tour routes). We have zero regrets for picking this one over the others...
I appreciated the 'historical' bent of the tour rather than hyperbolic fictionalization of the stories...
The only thing I would change is to limit the group size. Our group was over 20 and a bit too big. We were able to have good interaction with the guide by staying up front and asking questions, and many folks were content to just follow behind - but a smaller group would have been more intimate and satisfying.
