Customer service is horrible. Arrived to the location that got on email 30 ahead of time - nobody there. By the time was able to reach out the support- tour stared in different spot. Refused to issue refund.

We’d read all about Orion and were excited when we saw he’d be our tour guide. He did not disappoint. Easily one of the best tours I’ve ever been on. I really liked how the tour was focused on a few locations with longer stories as it gave him the chance to really spin a yarn. I was skeptical but was pretty creeped out by the end. The best part was how great he was with everyone. We had a handful of adults plus our tween daughter on the tour, and he perfectly pitched the tour at a level that still felt grown up but also appealed to a kid who’s really into ghosts, gore, an horror - she went from shy and reserved to totally enthralled solely because of the way he told his stories. Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a ghost tour backed up by a solid history lesson, all led by one of the most interesting people I’ve ever met. So glad we booked this tour and got this tour guide.
