The pick-up and drop-off locations were poorly marked, making it difficult to navigate. I had two events scheduled, but when I arrived, no one seemed to have any information about them. On the Brooklyn tour, which lasted 2 hours, there was no restroom available on board. We had a 75-year-old woman on the tour, and despite requests, they refused to stop for a bathroom break. Similarly, during the same tour, four passengers were dropped off to use the restroom and were left behind.
Additionally, they skipped several stops, and when you need to switch from the red bus to the green bus, you have to walk long distances. Over the course of three days, I walked more than 30 miles just to see the attractions I wanted.
The app was also difficult to use, and when I mentioned issues to the staff, they responded with “I hear that all day long,” which felt dismissive. However, I will say the staff were friendly and did their best to improve the experience.
The night skyline tour was the highlight of the trip — the staff on that tour were excellent, and it was well-organized.
As someone who travels often, I’ve never left a negative review before, but I feel it’s important to share my experience to help others avoid potential frustrations.
