Please know timing on our brochures are estimates, buses rotate every 20-25 minutes, keeping in mind traffic, which unpredictable and beyond our control. We do our best to maneuver around these delays and give our customers the best sightseeing experience possible. We apologize for the poor customer service, for the passengers convenience, they are to simply present the voucher at any one of our stops. If there is not a Big Bus agent located at the stop you choose to board, you will still be permitted to board and have your voucher scanned at the next stop with an agent. The exception is if you purchase a “Big Pass” ticket that comes with attractions. In regards to our route and the competitor, we cannot speak for the competition, as we follow the routes set upon us by the Dept. of Transportation.
