The boat was too crowded to move around easily, so we ended up staying inside. Unfortunately, the windows were dirty, making it hard to enjoy the view. However, the host was nice and shared interesting facts about New York.

The top level was hard to see out of with the plastic sheets. But if you could find an open window, it was a very nice view. Molly was awesome and very informative and fun!

First of all, get there 30 to 15 minutes ahead of time. They didn’t state that beforehand and we’re not clear that they would leave without you if you were not there 15 minutes before departure. On Saturday we got there 10 minutes before departure and they were starting to take off the gangway and we walked up and said we’re here. Can you please let us on and they said absolutely not you have to be here 15 minutes prior to departure. They were in the beginning stages of it too and would not budge. They said we can move the time to later, but we had a Broadway show to watch so we said we would come on Sunday. We got there 30 minutes prior to departure and waited for the boat for over 25 minutes so already we had not boarded the boat Before five minutes to departure. The crazy thing is is once we boarded the boat, we sat on the boat for 10 minutes until after departure and then three women boarded and then they moved to the gangway and we left. What I wanna understand is why couldn’t they just help us out yesterday and put us on the boat but we had to wait and we were late. other than that whole mess, the boat was nice the tour guide Molly was fantastic and very knowledgeable, but unfortunately the staff on the dock were not flexible at all.
