Passengers exceeding 275 lbs./124 kg. will be required to purchase an additional seat at 100% of the applicable retail price. Due to weight restrictions seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver's license, is required and match reservation.
Must walk through a metal detector.
All bags are subject to inspection. Complimentary lockers are available to hold belongings while flying

Visiting New York has always been on my list of places to visit, and last year was that time. Me and my wife and two children visited most of the famous land marks in New York in our 5 day stay.... The one that stood out the most for me was the helicopter flight with liberty helicopters.... Simply amazing i cant put in to words the feeling you get from looking down on a city that only a helicopter can give you... simply amazing and would love to do it again.... thanks you Liberty Helicopter for making my visit complete...5 stars

Me and my Fiance booked a helicopter flight with Liberty Helicopters for our recent trip to New York and I wish we hadn't bothered. We arrived half an hour early as advised and we were greeted with very friendly reception staff who took our names and informed us that due to the limit of flights from the downtown heliport we were going to have to go across to New Jersey to start our flight, we were informed that the bus to take us across to New Jersey would arrive within the next 15-20 mins and we would be there on time for our allocated flight time. We waited for an hour and there was no sign of any buses arriving and by this time there were about 30-40 people waiting, so my Fiance, along with other irritated people were asking the management how much longer we were going to have to wait and they could not give us an answer and there was one member of staff walking aimlessly around with a clipboard and he was smirking wherever he was asked about the waiting time.The Manger was practically shouting at anyone who was asking for answers and he was extremely rude and unaccommodating! I was extremely disappointed as this activity is very expensive and you would have expected better! There was absolutely no communication from the staff to the customers, I have never experienced customer service so appalling. In the end we asked for a refund as we had waited an hour and we didn't know how much longer were going to have to wait! I definitely wouldn't recommend this company, avoid at all costs!

We did this last month and really enjoyed it. It was a concern for me on how fast the tour turn around was. We literally got on after the previous tour. No one checked the aircraft between flights. The picture of the Statue of Liberty is very misleading. We never got all that close. A little too pricey in my opinion for maybe 12 minutes in the air, but it was good overall.
