Beautiful views, clean ship, nice crew, a fun and romantic time -- recommended for NYers and tourists, couples and families! The views of the city, Governor's Island, the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and the city bridges were all amazing -- we took many many pictures -- and they time just right so you get NYC by day, the Statue at sunset, and then NYC at night on the way back.

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BOOK. Completely ridiculous. There is not seating for everyone. And they would not refund money. Have you line up With 127 people but there are no seats!!!!!

The vessel is certified for 149 passengers and we have comfortably accommodated that many passengers for the past 12 years. Seating is casual and people sit on our benches, hatch covers and many deck boxes. I am sorry you didn’t choose to board the boat and experience it for yourself. I understand that the boat might seem smaller when viewed from a distance than once you are onboard. Please let us know if you would like to return and give us a chance!

I had high hopes for this cruise, but once the boat left the dock all we did was sail to the Statue of Liberty, sit there for fifteen minutes or so, then sail to the tip of Manhattan where we stayed in one place for at least forty-five minutes (maybe more?) before heading back to the dock. The crew rarely interacted with guests (unless it was to tell us not to stand in a certain area) and seemed largely indifferent to our presence--until the cruise was over and they brought out the tip bucket. Then suddenly they were all smiles. The view was indeed beautiful and crossing under the bridges at night was spectacular, but it wasn't worth $159 for two people. I expected more.

Thank you for Your comments. We will look into the lack of interactions by the crew. That is something we generally pride ourselves on as you might see from other reviews. Regarding the sailing, sometimes the wind, a strong current, and other factors - that may not be immediately obvious- can affect the captains ability to provide a more adventurous and expansive route. I am sorry you felt that your trip didn’t get a lot of distance covered. Please contact us by text at +1.212.619.6900 and allow us a second chance please!!
