Please make it easier for customers to find the location by providing a large sign that identifies Pier 35, and have a sign that states clearly viator Tours. There was no sign identifying if we were in the right location and we almost missed the boat. We kept getting erroneous info about the Pier. I think it would be more professional and a courtesy to ALL your customers to ensure they are informed about the exact location of the Pier and where they will be boarding. That would make the experience so much better. Please consider this seriously.

The boat never Showed up. Nobody sent me a cancellation notice. My night was completely ruined. Still can’t believe you’d treat paying customers like this. I want my $ money back and uber costs.

A perfect sunset sail around the statue of liberty and ny harbor. My husband And I celebratrd our 10th wedding anniversary onboard the Shearwater last Saturday night. It was sheer perfection. The crew, the sail, the weather was perfect. It is truly the perfect way to sail and a most memorable experience.
