I had booked flights for my daughter and myself. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the booking for my daughter only 3 hours before departure time because she felt sick. After communicating this to the Viator team, I was reimbursed for my daughter's flight - this was so unexpected and generous! Thank you so much for this straightforward behavior and courtesy. I then flew alone, which was also a very positive experience with the HeliNY team - super friendly and cool!
Very good way to complement a visit to NYC and it's really fun too. It was also good that they do not look so closely at the clock... Too bad that the photos are relatively expensive - 1 photo should at least be included in the ticket price.
Anyhow, I will definitely do this again on our next visit to NYC with my whole family. Thanks again to the Viator Customer Care team and HeliNY!
