Our sincerest apologies for your negative experience, we truly understand your frustration and appreciate your sentiments. It is never our goal to cancel tours, and when we do so we provide 24 hour notice to hopefully allow our guests to make other accommodations. Clearly this was not communicated effectively on our end, and for this we once again apologize.
