I have been on several helicopter tours over the last 20 years and this was the worst. 1) the helicopter was overcrowded given that fact that three of the people were over 6 feet tall and the passenger area was not built to accommodate that number with comfort in mind. 2) the head sets for the audio portion were not in good shape and the volume would not go high enough to hear the audio portion except when the pilot was breaking into the music that was playing which was not necessary to have playing in the first place. 3) the trip was terrible from the perspective of taking pictures especially when facing backward and the pilot only referring to landmarks on the other side of the helicopter and we only saw about half of what he was talking about. 4) the narrated portion of the audio was not update and not complete per the landmarks we were supposed to be viewing. 5) The pre-flight portion took a long, long, long, time and most of two hours it took to get everything done was spent waiting around the small lounge area. It was possibly the worst waste of $400 dollars after all the taxes were applied, that we have ever spent. It was obvious that the company was out to make money and to heck with every other aspect of the tour business. You would be better off removing this company from the web site and moving on with someone to cares about their business and customers.
That was amazing!!!! The staff were all very helpful. The pilot was very charming and friendly!
