Lack of VIP Exclusivity: The advertised VIP package offered no discernible advantages over the standard ticket categories. The food provided was identical to that of the lowest-priced category, and beverages such as coffee and tea were only available at stations designated for the cheapest tickets.
Music Issues: Initially, no music was provided, and guests were instructed to play their own via mobile devices. Only after multiple complaints were the speakers turned on, and music was finally offered.
Inadequate Facilities: There were no accessible restrooms at the VIP level. Guests were forced to go downstairs and endure long queues, which was extremely inconvenient.
Given the premium price charged for the VIP package, the lack of additional benefits or enhancements made it impossible to justify the expense. This was, regrettably, my most disappointing New Year’s Eve experience.
