Last year I purchased this pass. It was great. Customer service was amazing. Bus was running fine. Bike rental were new bikes. So of course I purchased it again for this 3 day trip. Purchased 5 attractions, my biggest problem was with the bike rental. I went to the shop but unfortunately they no longer work with the pass. They offered me a discount but I already paid for the bikes so walked over a few blocks. To my surprise they didn’t give me a bike right away claimed I had to make a reservation. I reserved 2 hours later returned. To receive, the heaviest, worst seat with the worst breaks. My boyfriends chain kept coming out of his bike. And I was just too scared to ride my bike as the breaks were no good for the park. We call the store for help. They said wait 40 mins someone is on his way. We couldn’t wait that long as we had reservations for top of the rock. We managed to put the chain back on. Rode for 5 mins, downhill.. imagine going downhill with feet breaks on a very heavy bike. After which I see a guy on a pedicab, he took me back to 7th ave. I ended up paying $50 to go from w79 to w55. Once I get back they tell me. “You signed a waiver, so you can’t do anything to us” after 20 mins of back and forth I realized that you pay for what you get right. Never again!!!
