I spent over $500.00 to do the 3 day pass, but was told 'there was an error generating the entry barcode.I was advised "Please ask the tour operator to look you up by name'. This was not the case when we arrived in New York. Long story short, we were at the Guggenheim Museum trying to redeem our voucher, get a pass, but were denied. Phonecalls were made by myself to viator, it was a long wait, we were told they could not help me, they do not even process passes for New York!! I asked why they even advertise that they do?? I did eventually get my money back, but this left us without a pass, our whole trip to New York was changed. Very frustrating & disappointing to say the least. It was our first trip to New York, not a nice way to start out.
