This Review is a Continuation from my Previous Review. After Many Emails and Calls, they finally said they would refund my Money back at "50%". They confirmed that the buses were running as scheduled, but when I told them that they Representatives on the Phone told me the wrong address to go to, then all Antonia would say was "I"m sorry, they were running as scheduled". The whole Agency wants to run on "No Contact". They basically want you to respond to Email, only and when you do ask to speak to a Manager or higher up they say "Just respond to the email". I last was told, I will resubmit the claim and then email you back", 8 Days later when I still hadn't heard anything thing I called back and all she could say was "Uh, Oh Gosh I'm Sorry". So Sadly I am out $35, but Hopefully you will find this helpful and decide to use another Bus Service and not this one. GOOD LUCK!!!

It was an excellent package with the World Trade Center Observatory Center, the tour of the city, and boat ride along the East River and Hudson. I like the concept of getting on and off at various locations for more than one day. For foreigners to New York, this style is easier than the subway system. The only confusion that I had was between the 911 Tribute Center and the 911 Memorial Museum which are two different experiences. Other than that, it was an excellent experience. I was impressed with the tour guides and especially the drivers.

NO COMPLAINTS, I TOOK OUT 4 ATTRACTIONS AND COULD DO THEM ALL, WITHOUT LINES, AND ONLY ONE HAD TO BE BOOKED!! I DON'T DISAPPOINT! the truth the saving is good
