Morgan was an awesome guide! We had so much fun with her and learned a lot about Newport. We left full - definitely enough food for a large lunch.

Morgan was an amazing host. We had a great time on the food tour. We learned all sorts fun facts about Newport The food was delish. She was very entertaining and knowledgeable. Would do it again. Thanks Morgan for a fun afternoon.

Not great. Morgan was entertaining….but not in a good way. All about Morgan. I wouldn’t do this food tour again. Newport is all about seafood…but there wasn’t any seafood on this tour. This tour was about soup, South American tacos and restaurants that couldn’t attract business except by offering free food on food tours. No. I want to sample chowder, haddock, quahogs…not jerk chicken from Jamaica or tacos from El Salvador. Saving grace was sticky pork ribs from Perro Saludo. Perro Saludo gets 5 stars. The tour gets 2.

There are so many things I could say to this but aside from the fact that our reviews over the last 6 yrs speak for themselves, I won’t stoop to the same level of rude and mean spirited, malicious intent of this review. But just a reminder, as you were relaxing on vacation, my guides are working 7 days a week, 2 jobs to show you a part of Newport you may not know about. A diverse neighborhood where locals go and small locally owned restaurants, short staffed are bending over backwards to serve you, and simply stay afloat in a time when they have been severely impacted. None of these people were able to take a vacation this year. While there are plenty of excellent opportunities for seafood in the more touristy section of the city, we chose to show more diversity that is reflective of our community as a whole, I’m sorry you were unable to appreciate this. And btw, we pay for all our food because they deserve it!
