The tour guide was very knowledgeable. Although we learned some cool things, I’m not sure it was worth $47 per person. Had I known the way the falls park and Cave of the Winds experience was structured beforehand I wouldn’t have bought these tickets. We could have done all the same things for much less money, minus some of the additional information the guide shared with us.

Thank you for your review. In your own statement you mention the knowledge and delivery of our guide. We are not simply selling admission to an attraction. We are creating an experience that is reflective of the experience of thousands of travelers every day at thousands of destinations around the world. Local knowledge has value, as does the time of our guide. The package we present is a comprehensive experience, and our guide ensures that you receive what the package promises. In future, you might do better to simply purchase admission tickets and act in an information-acquisitive manner to glean information about your destination. We regret that you found the experience unsatisfactory but it seems your opinion is skewed towards price rather than value. The only "same thing" you would have done, for less money, is purchase admission to Cave of the Winds. The rest of the experience would have been completely different, according to your own words. We respect your right to consider price over value, as we hope you respect our right to deliver value over "cheap tickets". Best wishes for your future travels and thank you for being part of our experience.
