They said be there right on time. There is leeway because we waited 30 minutes until our group was called.

This was the best money spent. Saved me a lot of time and headache getting these tickets. If you’re traveling during peak times, these tickets are a no brainer since they sell out fast. This tour operator is legitimate and will issue you real ticket for the monument for the time requested and with your name on it. We were in a 1:00 group and then were taken 9 at a time up in the monument. The line went quickly. The staff were very friendly and informative. The views from the top were breathtaking!
