Fairbanks was cloudy during our visit, but we still managed to see the Aurora with my eyes thanks for their knowledge and effort. The tour started with detailed introduction to Aurora and guidance on how to set up cameras while we were on our way. At the first spot they found, we can’t see the lights with our eyes but we can capture it through camera. When it started to get cloudy there they have their ways to find another spot with a clear sky. There, for the first time in our life, we saw the lights shining and dancing all over the sky even without cameras. The view is astonishing and it is a lifetime experience. They are passionate and professional, and they are the true “ Aurora Chasers”.

Ronn and Marketa were absolutely amazing. Despite the large amount of clouds over Fairbanks, they kept moving us around to find clear skies, and we ended up seeing some beautiful auroras! They were both very receptive and made everybody feel welcome. I would 10/10 do it again with them. Also, the portraits they took were very professional and captured the magic of such a memorable moment.

Ronn and Marketa were absolutely fantastic! They give an excellent informational course on photography settings and background on the aurora. I would strongly recommend booking a tour with them and renting a camera from them if you don't own a professional camera and/or are not much of a photographer. My wife and I are photography novices with no prior experience using professional grade cameras and we still managed to get amazing photos/video of the aurora. Marketa and Ronn were always quick to help us when we needed assistance even when they were busy with a large group of people (11 people). On our tour we got unbelievably lucky and saw some huge aurora on our very first stop, but I was even more impressed with what happened after the first aurora ended. Ronn noticed fog coming in disrupting our clear skies and quickly packed everyone's cameras up and we quite literally "aurora chased" to several other locations. Even though we hit the jackpot early in the evening Ronn also managed to find us several more amazing aurora locations despite racing against a foggy/cloudy night. I found Ronn and Marketa to be accessible, likeable, and professional. I never felt out of place or like I couldn't get help when I needed it. They were always very attentive to our questions. I do not leave long reviews often but I can honestly say the aurora chasers are worth every penny and even if it's a cloudy night I'm confident they'll help find a good showing. We will be booking them again in the future! (PS make sure you get your selfie with Marketa! It'll be better than your own selfie attempt!)
