The best part of the cruise was how close the boat came to the Statue of Liberty. It's an impressive sight. However, the rest of the cruise was just a pass by with a narrative that was very hard to hear.

Nice boat trip to statue with boat. Nice crew. If you want to take pictures without going on the island.

The tour boat windows were dirty, so could not take proper pictures through them. The speaker system was poor, we could not hear what they were saying when we were passing various buildings. Also, very limited information and facts about the Statute of Liberty and other buildings, was provided. The boat also looked like it was in poor condtion. No mention of any safety measures or procedures and I don't think there were any life jackets on board.
