The tour was great! we still did it even though it was raining out, which I think added to the experience. The tour guide, Ray was great! he was so knowledgeable and a local, so he really knew the area and the history. He was so sweet and offered to stop for hot chocolate/coffee for us all to get warm. If you are a fan of history and the movie goodfellas then this is the tour for you!

Our tour guide Joel is amazing! He is so knowledgeable about the mob and their history. Joel was a delight, we learned so much and saw so much. I highly recommend this tour.

I really wanted to do this tour because I have a huge interest in the old school Mafia/Gangster history of our nation. It played a huge role in how our country was formed, and still does. Im giving this 3 stars for a few reasons. 1) Our guid did not do a good job of projecting his voice. Its NYC, lound noises and sirens everywhere! So I know I missed a lot of info. 2) I appreacite the pictures on the iPad, but take your time showing the pictures as the group was big and can be hard to see. 3) my biggest complaint is that as the guide would tell the stories/info instead of giving the whole story he would say "blah blah blah" or "yadda yadda yadda" to finish the stories. I want to hear all about it. Can't leave it to me to figure out what "blah blah blah" is supposed to mean.

I am sorry you didn't enjoy the tour. Our guides are professional guides who are very familiar with the mob history. Unfortunately we cannot control the volume of noise in NYC. You might have been better off with a private tour so you can cover more of what you personally were interested in. We are on a time limit for the tour so not all information can be given with every story. I do hope you come back and take a tour again.
