Without question, Dante is the most passionate and gracious tour guide I have met throughout my travels. He has taken the time to learn and share the history of each restaurant and food tasting. From the origins of the knish, the complex preparation of pastrami, the meaning of rugelach, and the pickling durations (3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months), we learned many things about the neighborhoods we traveled and the foods we ate.
