Not as advertised, no drink or snacks in car, driver could not speak English and could not explain the different directions he was taking, vehicle was full of rubbish and smelt of cigarette smoke.

Driver was inexperienced with locations. Went wrong direction to destination and had to turn around and change direction.

No one showed up or text until we had already found other transportation and we're at our hotel. Very bad customer service
