We had the combo ticket which includes skip the line and an ipad that tells you something about the view I guess, I don't know because I didn't wait to get it. We planned on seeing sunset which was at 6pm. I booked 5.30pm to see both the daytime and nighttime view. I thought I would have plenty of time but before getting to the viewing decks there is a show and a presentation of how to use the ipad, though you are not told that is what you are waiting for. When we tried to take an ipad and leave that area we were stopped by staff who said we needed to stay there, when we asked why they rather rudely said "well do you know how to use it?" which was when we found out this was what we were being kept in this area for. So we didn't take it. It feels like a scam, just have something written in the observatory that tells you what buildings you are seeing like most other observatories instead of making people pay extra to know what they are looking at. Was pretty crowded and pushy, wouldn't recommend.
