The views are the reason for the visit.
We paid for a priority access, it doesn't really exist. You have different line for the metal detector but that was it. Everyone has to follow the lines the rest of the way, you don't get a separate access.
The team doesn't really control the guests so people cut in front of each other. You have to go through a silly presentation once you reach the top in a crowded room and again, no one is monitoring it so very, very disorganized. Then you have to stand in another group for a 2-minute presentation while they tell you about the iPad which will identify landmarks. Again, not well organized, there are other options for viewing the city that handle crowd control much better
That being said, once you can get up to the top and actually start looking, the views are stunning! Lots of space so even on a Saturday with it being crowded, you had chances for photos everywhere.
