Guests will need one MetroCard swipe or OMNY tap to enter the subway.

Please note that although you will see abandoned subway stations from the train, the Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) doesn't grant public access into them under any circumstances.

I greatly enjoyed the tour. Alexis was our guide and she was very knowledgeable and accommodating. It was fascinating to hear about the historical context and evolution of NYC's subways, with plenty of (mostly) hidden sights that I would not have otherwise noticed or appreciated. Would absolutely recommend!

We really enjoyed this tour, mostly because of our guide, AJ. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about NYC history, and provided great insight into how historical events and people contributed to the evolution of the NYC transit system.

I enjoyed the tour, and the guide was very knowledgeable. I especially want to thank her for her recommendation of the documentary NY77 The Coolest Year in Hell. Not sure how I missed this one, but it was fantastic.
