I have used Robert's for 2 tours in different years as well as a ride to/from airport to hotel. On Oahu, I took the North Shore tour on on Kauia, the grand circle Both tours were friendly and enjoyable. Terrific fir the family. The bus driver waited for us at the airport when our flight eas delayed q hour. No extra charges.

This was a tale of two tours. The first half, visiting scenic vistas in the southeast portion of Oahu like the Blowhole/Hanzuma Bay, and seeing the Nuuanu Pali lookout, was amazing. If the tour had turned around and dropped me off in Waikiki right after that, it's an easy 5 stars. But then we drove out to the Dole Plantation, a giant tourist trap with nothing to do but shop in the time allotted for the stop. Then we went to the Polynesian Cultural Center, which looked like a decent time if you had a few hours there, but, again, just enough time to shop and eat. When the operator announced that we were stopping again at a Macademia Nut roadside stand (again, to shop), I wanted to cry. If you like tourist-trappy roadside stands, it's a must-do. I would have preferred much more sightseeing at real nature sites, and thus would not recommend.
