My sister and I visited Philadelphia recently and one of our outings was with Seamus Millar on the Old City Walking Tour. We felt it was an informative and enjoyable outing, and Seamus was a wonderful guide. The historical background and measured pace was a great outing for anyone. I liked that we started at 10 a.m. and it was 1 1/2 hours in length. I also liked that there were a number of spots that one could sit down along the way, a definite plus. One note: the first post office does not sell postcards, so buy them elsewhere to post here. I definitely recommend this tour as a good entry to the history/city!

What a great way to get an overview of the history of Philadelphia - on foot, with a local guide! Seamus was so knowledgeable and clearly passionate about “his” city! I highly recommend this tour, even if it’s not your first visit to Philly!
