We booked this tour online. After we booked we received an email confirmation from Laura who also answered questions regarding the anticipated temperatures at the Grand Canyon. The day before the tour, she called to provide a hotel pick-up time and she shared the weather forecast. Rich, our tour guide, was on time a very friendly. He remembered everybody's names, and encouraged us to change seats everytime we stopped. He used a microphone so that everybody could hear what he was saying. We learned a lot on the tour. He pointed out neat little things about Scottsdale and surrounding communities, all the different kinds of trees and plants, Native American history, and more. I loved that he pointed out the different ecosystems at the different elevations on our way to the Grand Canyon. Rich was patient with our kids when they asked questions and generally just wanted to chat. Well after we were dropped off at our hotel our daughter realized she forgot her iPod and sunglasses on the van. We called the office and Laura and Joanne promised to look for the items. When they found them they offered to return them to us at the hotel. They dropped the items off at the front desk for us so that we didn't need to wait for them or spend our vacation time driving to their office. Because the driver was so knowledgable, and the staff was so caring, we would definitely book more tours with them if we were in the area.

From the moment we booked until our final drop off, we were more than pleased with this company. We did a private tour driving to Sedona overnight and continuing on to the Grand Canyon for the following day. Dan, our driver, was outstanding! He knew history, horiculture, geography and great restaurant recommendation!! He carefully listened to our needs and likes/dislikes and catered our tour to make it a wonderful experience. If you have to chose any company, please take our advice and chose this one! They surely exceeded our expectations and we will definitely use them (and Dan) in the future!

I had an amazing experience this past month when I saw the Grand Canyon for the first time with this company. My tour guide was Tim and he was such a kind and knowledgable man. I changed my hotel pick-up at the last minute and they were more than accommodating about this. The adventure was everything it promised to be, we all shared a great lunch together at a Navajo trading post. Tim answered all our questions and took pictures for us. I could not recommend it enough. Everything wason time and efficient. Great job! We drove all the way through the Grand Canyon to the railway. We stopped 4 or 5 times to see it at different angels. It was a very good experience.
